Keith Borglum started Kay Tank in 1948. This business started on the family farm with tank stands. He eventually saw a need to supply customers with tanks as well and started fabricating tanks in 1964, and now it has developed into serving many industries such as petroleum, agricultural, bird seed/feed manufacturing, asphalt, auto shops, used oil, workbench tanks, and bio-grease manufacturing. Kay Tank has been UL 142 certified since the 70's to make single and double wall tanks for above ground storage of flammable liquids. Kay Tanks is constantly looking for new ways to serve our customers to that end we are offering turn-key fuel storage/ distribution from tanks with pumps, gauges, and vents to complete Cardtrol systems as well now.

We specialize in steel above ground shop built single and double wall, horizontal, vertical, flat bottom and cone bottom tanks for liquid stored at atmospheric pressure. We have many standard sizes and configurations, but we love to figure out what we make to fill your need for storage.
